Mooroolbark, Victoria

I was born and raised in Mooroolbark, Victoria, which in aboriginal language means “Red Earth”. As a child Mooroolbark was very much a country town, but suburbia crept up on it over the years and now it is just part of the outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. I went to primary school at St Peter Julians, played cricket and football for Mooroolbark until my early 20’s. I still count a few friends from my hometown, and will always have fond memories of my childhood there!
